Mill River Golf Course is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our Turf Maintenance Team for the upcoming golf season. We take pride in delivering exceptional playing conditions and maintaining one of Atlantic Canada’s premier golf experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
  • Bunker preparation and daily course setup
  • Line trimming and general landscape maintenance
  • Assisting with irrigation repairs and hand watering
  • Safe operation of turf equipment (training provided)
  • Supporting daily course preparation for member and guest play

 

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Being a golfer is considered an asset
  • Previous equipment operation experience is considered an asset
  • Previous golf course or landscaping experience considered an asset
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

 

Schedule

  • Early morning shifts (typically starting at 0500, occasionally earlier depending on course needs and weather conditions)
  • Weekend rotation required
