Mill River guests have full access to the Aquaplex - featuring squash courts, indoor basketball, games room, indoor pool and a vacation-making 90' waterslide!
Guests also have full use of our 1,800-sq. ft. gym located on the lower level of Mill River Resort. The Mill River Fitness Room features updated Precor equipment, free weights, multi-station strength training equipment as well as cardio equipment, including treadmills, stationary bikes, a rowing machine and strider.
