Seasonal Full-Time 1st Cook

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled 1st Cook to lead our line during our busiest season.

What You’ll Do

· Run a station (grill, sauté, or fryer) during service
· Prepare and portion ingredients to spec
· Ensure plating, taste, and food safety standards
· Help train and guide junior kitchen staff
· Close down station, clean, and manage waste

What You Bring

· 2+ years line cook experience (1st cook or lead line role)
· Strong knowledge of kitchen safety & sanitation
· Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
· Food Handler or equivalent certification
