Q. When are the room check-in and check-out times?
A. Room check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Q. Can we receive housekeeping services?
A. Guests who will be joining us for more than one evening, please note housekeeping services such as extra towels, face cloths, garbage removal, etc. will be based on request only. Please contact the Front Desk by 12:00 PM by dialing extension ‘0’ from your hotel room phone should you require service.
Q. Is there enhanced cleaning?
A. To ensure safety for all guests, visitors, and staff, we are further enhancing our high level of housekeeping and hygiene with additional standards based on Health Canada, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.

Q. Is there a Spa at the Resort?
A. If you are looking to treat yourself, there is no better area than our newly located Spa which we are certain you will be impressed with. You can contact the Spa by dialing extension ‘268’ from your hotel room to book an appointment or for further inquiries.
